My Story

An athlete at heart, I have embraced a fitness-oriented lifestyle throughout my entire life. Despite grappling with health challenges like GI issues, spinal fusion, and three significant hip surgeries (including a total hip replacement), I have never let them hinder my determination. Running has been my constant companion for over a decade, from 5k races to ultramarathons. My commitment to health and fitness extends beyond myself. By continuously staying updated in run coaching, strength training, and nutrition, I strive to educate and support others no matter where they are at in their fitness journey.
